Before sending to the buyer, orders undergo inspection for completeness. All products come with a manufacturer's warranty in accordance with the warranty obligations specified in the warranty terms.

When purchasing by individuals, the store operates in accordance with the Russian Federation Law "On Consumer Rights Protection".

When purchasing by legal entities, the store operates in accordance with the terms specified in the contract or invoice.

The warranty period shown in the table is calculated from the moment of sale of the product or its commissioning, if installation was carried out by an authorized organization and there is a corresponding note in the passport. The warranty storage period is 6 months from the date of manufacture. After the warranty storage period expires, the warranty operating period begins, regardless of whether the equipment has been commissioned or not.

The warranty does not cover power sources (batteries, accumulators).

Within 14 days after purchase, our company undertakes to replace any faulty equipment purchased in our online store.

After 14 days from the date of purchase, equipment that has failed is subject to repair at the manufacturer's facility or its official service center. Detailed information is indicated in the passport of each product.

All expenses related to installation, dismantling, and transportation of the product are borne by the consumer. These expenses are not subject to reimbursement.

Exchange, Return, and Warranty Repair Terms

You can return any product purchased in our online store within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the product maintains its original appearance, has no damage or signs of use, and the delivery package is complete. Only the cost of the product is refunded, the cost of delivery services is not refunded.

For exchange, return, or warranty repair, you need to arrange delivery of the product to our office (Nizhny Novgorod, Volzhskaya nab., d.8, pom 18) by one of the following methods:

• Bring the product for exchange, return, or repair personally to the above address.
• Send the product through any transportation company or courier service. The cost of delivering the product to our address is paid by the buyer. Please specify delivery time from 11:00 to 18:00 when shipping goods.

Cargo pickup from transportation company addresses, courier service pickup points, and Russian Post offices is not performed. Return shipment of goods to the buyer is organized by our company at our expense to a convenient pickup point for the buyer.
