Warranties and returns

Before being sent to the buyer, orders are checked for completeness. All products are provided with a manufacturer's warranty, subject to the conditions specified in the warranty.

When buying by legal entities, the store operates in accordance with the conditions specified in the contract or invoice.

The warranty period given in the table is calculated from the date of sale of the product or its commissioning, if the installation was carried out by an authorized organization and there is a corresponding mark in the passport. Warranty period of storage is 6 months from the date of manufacture. After the expiration of the warranty period of storage, the warranty period of operation begins to operate, regardless of whether the equipment is put into operation or not.

The warranty does not cover batteries (batteries, accumulators).

Within 14 days after the purchase, our company undertakes to replace any defective equipment purchased in our online store.

After 14 days after purchase, the failed equipment is subject to repair at the manufacturer or its official service center. Detailed information is indicated in the passport of each product.

All costs associated with the installation, dismantling, transportation of goods are borne by the consumer. These costs are non-refundable.

Terms of exchange, return, warranty repair

You can return any product purchased in our online store within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the product has retained sales appearance, has no damage and signs of use, and the delivery set has not been broken. Returned Item price only, shipping charges are non-refundable.

For exchange, return, warranty repair you need to arrange delivery of goods to our office (Nizhny Novgorod, Volzhskaya nab., 8, room 18) in one of the following ways:
