Delivery to  Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan

Delivery is made by courier to the address of the customer or by transfer to the point of issue of the selected courier service. Estimated delivery time in Moscow 1-3 full working days. The planned term is calculated automatically when placing an order and is indicated in full working days. The cost of delivery is calculated automatically when placing an order, taking into account the actual weight and volume of the cargo, as well as insurance for the full value of the cargo.

We strongly recommend using delivery organized by our company - it is reliable, affordable, convenient. If necessary, you can independently pick up the goods from our warehouse Nizhny Novgorod, Volzhskaya emb. 8 pom 18 

Delivery of orders is made on working days from 10:00 to 18:00. Processing and assembly of the order is carried out within 2 working hours from the moment of receipt of payment, and the issuance takes up to 30 minutes, depending on the load of the warehouse and managers.

In case of independent organization of cargo collection by the transport company, in the application for collection, it is necessary to correctly and reliably indicate the parameters of the cargo: mass, volume, value, number of pieces.  The managers of our company do not calculate the mass, volume, value of the cargo. Orders weighing up to 20 kg are packed in one box, with a larger weight, check with our managers the number of actual places. To prepare the cargo for shipment, be sure to send it to info@oiot.ru in advance  form of a completed application to a transport company. We recommend insuring the cargo for the real value.

Attention! For legal entities, one of the following persons can pick up the goods: the general director with a seal, an authorized person with a passport and an original power of attorney with a seal, a representative of the transport company with a waybill on the letterhead of the transport company. The release of goods is not carried out: in case of incorrect or unreliable data indicated in the documents for the collection of goods, the absence of documents, according to electronic copies of powers of attorney, by the call of the director.

Attention! Responsibility for the safety and completeness of the cargo passes from the supplier to the buyer at the time the supplier transfers the goods to the buyer or a representative of the transport company and signs it upon receipt.

Attention! The ordered goods are stored free of charge in our warehouse for 10 calendar days, for the following days a storage fee of 100 rubles is charged for each full calendar day.
