processing and assembly is completed within 2 business hours from the
moment of payment receipt, and issuance takes up to 30 minutes

When organizing cargo pickup independently through a transportation company, it is necessary to correctly and accurately indicate the cargo parameters in the pickup request: weight, volume, value, number of pieces. Our company's managers do not calculate the weight, volume, or value of the cargo. Orders weighing up to 20 kg are packed in one box; for heavier orders, please clarify the actual number of pieces with our managers. To prepare the cargo for shipment, be sure to send a completed application form to the transportation company to info@oiot.ru in advance. We recommend insuring the cargo for its actual value.
Attention! Legal entities can pick up cargo only through the following persons: general director with company seal, authorized person with passport and original power of attorney with company seal, representative of the transportation company with a transportation waybill on the transportation company's letterhead. Goods release is not performed: with incorrect or inaccurate data in the cargo pickup documents, without documents, by electronic copies of powers of attorney, by phone call from the director.
Attention! Responsibility for the safety and completeness of the cargo transfers from the supplier to the buyer at the moment of the supplier's transfer of goods to the buyer or representative of the transportation company and their signature upon receipt.
Attention! Ordered goods are stored free of charge in our warehouse for 10 calendar days; for subsequent days, storage fee of 100 rubles is charged for each full calendar day.
Estimated times and costs are calculated automatically when placing an order, taking into account the weight and dimensions of the goods. Cargo shipment by our company is carried out only on official business days. Holidays and non-working days are not taken into account when calculating delivery times; please pay attention to our company's working schedule.
